It could change when more software updates are made available, but for now these models are ideally for those who need the most comprehensive connected fridge possible. If you're not among them, you can pick up a cheaper model that doesn't have the Family Hub to save some money. This could be worth it for you if you have a lot of smart home devices that need to be controlled from the same screen, or if you simply enjoy the idea of having a fridge with a giant touchscreen.
